Protection of Hosted Information

HYBO, HYBRID WORK SOLUTIONS, S.L. performs backups of the content hosted on its servers. However, it is not responsible for the accidental loss or deletion of data by users. Likewise, it does not guarantee the total recovery of data deleted by users, as such data may have been deleted and/or modified during the time elapsed since the last backup.

The services offered, except for specific backup services, do not include the recovery of content stored in backups made by HYBO, HYBRID WORK SOLUTIONS, S.L., when such loss is attributable to the user. In this case, a fee will be determined based on the complexity and volume of recovery, always with prior user approval.

The recovery of deleted data is only included in the service price when the loss of content is due to causes attributable to HYBO, HYBRID WORK SOLUTIONS, S.L.

Commercial Communications

In application of the LSSI, HYBO, HYBRID WORK SOLUTIONS, S.L. will not send advertising or promotional communications via email or other equivalent electronic means unless they have been previously requested or expressly authorized by the recipients.
