Hybo integrates with the most widely used management tools such as G Suite, Office 365 and Outlook, creating entries in your calendar for every booking made. In addition, we can integrate with AADs, or not, depending on the type of customer.

As a Hybo administrator, you can apply general and customised rules for workers, assigning roles, creating groups and scopes according to their entity. You can also block areas or prioritise booking areas. For example, pregnant employees will be able to book spaces that are blocked for other people.
Hybo allows occupancy metrics to be obtained based on area, time and people. It also shows the hottest (highest flow) and coldest (lowest occupancy) areas. The reports are used to assess the use of offices and equipment, as they also offer incident reports for equipment and facilities.
