These terms and conditions and legal information (hereinafter referred to as «Terms and Conditions«) govern the use and access to the website https://www.hybo.app/ and the digital platform “Hybo” (hereinafter referred to individually or collectively as the «Website» or the «Platform«), owned by HYBO, HYBRID WORK SOLUTIONS, S.L. (hereinafter referred to interchangeably as “Hybo” or the “Controller”). Hybo informs users that it complies with current data protection regulations, in particular, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), and the Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce Law, Law 34/2002, of 11 July.

Registration, access, and navigation on the Platform imply full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions by the visitors and users of the Website.
- OBJECTIVE
These Terms and Conditions aim to regulate the terms and conditions applicable to the provision of services to registered users (hereinafter, the “Users”). These conditions incorporate our Privacy Policy, accessible from the footer of the Website or Platform.
The services offered by Hybo on the Platform consist of providing modular software solutions that facilitate access to and management of workspace environments in offices, enabling the creation of a hybrid work environment.
- USER SIGN-UP, REGISTRATION, AND PROFILE
To become a User of the Platform, the following requirements must be met:
- Complete the mandatory fields of the registration form truthfully.
- Accept these Terms and Conditions (including the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy) and complete the sign-up process as a user of the Platform.
The User guarantees that all identity information provided to Hybo during the registration process on the Platform is truthful, accurate, and complete. Furthermore, the User commits to keeping their information updated.
If the User provides any false, inaccurate, or incomplete data, or if Hybo has reasonable grounds to doubt its truthfulness, accuracy, or completeness, Hybo may deny access to and use of the Platform, its contents, and/or services, both currently and in the future. Additionally, Hybo reserves the right to deactivate the User’s account and cancel their access.
The User agrees not to disclose their password or make it accessible to third parties. Since Hybo cannot guarantee the identity of registered users, the User will be solely responsible in cases where their password is used by third parties, including statements made through the Platform or any actions taken using their password.
Users are required to promptly notify Hybo of any theft, disclosure, or loss of their password by contacting Hybo at service@hybo.app.
Once the registration process is complete, Hybo will activate and grant access to the Platform.
- User account and contract termination (Account Deletion)
Users may contact Hybo at any time to request the deletion of their profile on the Platform. They can revoke their consent by sending an email from their registered email address with the subject line «Account Deletion» to service@hybo.app, including their username, email address, phone number, and the tax identification number (NIF) used during registration.
Hybo reserves the right to suspend or deactivate a User (and therefore suspend or terminate the contractual relationship) immediately if any obligation under these Terms and Conditions is violated. In such cases, Hybo may discontinue providing services offered through the Platform without the need to provide any justification.
- User obligations
Users are solely responsible for accessing and properly using their profile and the features of the Platform, in accordance with applicable national and international laws, as well as the principles of good faith, morality, ethics, and public order. Specifically, but not limited to, Users agree to diligently adhere to these Terms and Conditions.
Users shall refrain from using their profile for purposes other than:
(a) utilizing the functionalities of Hybo they have contracted;
(b) consulting the offers available on the Website or Platform; or
(c) purchasing the services offered by Hybo.
Additionally, it is prohibited to use the Platform in any way that may hinder its functionality or prevent other Users from using or enjoying it.
In particular, and without limitation, Users agree to:
- Provide truthful and up-to-date information in any communication with Hybo.
- Not use personal data—whether their own or third parties’—that includes sensitive information about identifiable individuals, such as racial origin, union membership, religion, ideology, sexual orientation, health data, or information related to criminal records, legal proceedings, sanctions, or unpaid financial obligations.
- Not use false identities or impersonate others while using the Platform or any of its services.
- Not use the Platform for illegal or unauthorized purposes.
- Not host, store, disclose, publish, distribute, or share any content that constitutes an illegal intrusion or violation of the fundamental rights to honor, image, personal, and family privacy of others, especially minors.
- Not alter or modify the Platform, whether partially or completely, nor circumvent, disable, or manipulate its features or services.
- Comply with the Privacy Policy and not violate personal data protection regulations.
- Not introduce, store, or disseminate content that infringes on industrial and/or intellectual property rights, confidential information of third parties, or any content they do not have the legal right to share.
- Not use the Platform to insult, defame, intimidate, violate the personal image, or harass other Users.
- Not access other Users’ accounts.
- Not introduce, store, or disseminate any program, data, code, computer virus, defective files, or any other electronic device that could damage or alter the systems, networks, or devices of Hybo, other Users, or third parties.
- Not destroy, alter, repurpose, disable, or damage data, information, programs, or electronic documents belonging to Hybo, its Users, or third parties.
Users who fail to comply with these obligations will be held accountable for any damages or harm caused. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Hybo shall not be liable for any consequences, damages, or harm arising from unauthorized or illegal access or use by third parties. Hybo reserves the right to deny Platform access to Users who violate these Terms and Conditions or any other legal texts included in the Platform.
Additionally, Users must fulfill their respective tax and fiscal obligations. The Platform may periodically provide relevant data or information to help Users meet these obligations.
6 . User registration and services
Once registration is complete, the User will gain access to the Services detailed in section 6.2.
6.1. User registration: subscription plans
To access Hybo’s services, Users must complete the registration process and choose one of the subscription options available on the Platform.
6.2 Services offered
Currently, Hybo provides the following solutions through the Platform:
- Smart Buildings: Allows Users to manage their spaces, reducing energy consumption through smart building management that controls office automation systems.
- Desk: Enables Users to monitor office capacity by reserving flexible workspaces. It identifies who has occupied each space and with whom it has been shared at any given time.
- Rooms: Lets Users manage the lifecycle of meetings with Hybo’s virtual assistant. Book rooms, manage attendees, and notify cleaning protocols.
- Parking: Allows Users to validate and reserve a parking space with a single click. Manage corporate parking occupancy to streamline office arrivals.
- Visits: Enables Users to utilize Hybo’s assistant for managing office visits.
- Canteen: Provides centralized management of shifts and occupancy to disperse the flow of office cafeteria usage.
6.4 Cost of services
Hybo offers various Services, each with a cost based on the number of Users or sessions. Fees are tailored to the specific needs of each User.
6.5 Payment of fees
Los Servicios contratados por el Usuario y, consecuentemente, la suscripción correspondiente se cobrará al inicio de cada ciclo de facturación y no es reembolsable. De este modo, no es posible hacer reembolsos por haber disfrutado parcialmente de un ciclo de facturación ni tampoco es posible realizar reembolsos en caso de que el usuario no utilice el Servicios contratados mientras la suscripción esté activa.
En caso de impago o devolución del recibo, se notificará al usuario del incumplimiento y perderá automáticamente la capacidad de acceder a su cuenta de usuario y, consecuentemente, a la prestación de los Servicios.
- Data Protection
The Services contracted by the User and, consequently, the corresponding subscription, will be charged at the beginning of each billing cycle and are non-refundable. Refunds will not be provided for partial use of a billing cycle or if the User does not utilize the contracted Services while the subscription remains active.
In case of non-payment or returned transactions, the User will be notified of the breach and will automatically lose access to their user account and, consequently, the Services.
- Intellectual property
Hybo owns or holds licenses for all intellectual and industrial property rights included in the Platform, as well as the content accessible through it. This includes, but is not limited to, texts, images, photographs, graphic designs, navigation structure, information, source code, databases, and any other content hosted on the Platform.
Authorization for Users to access and use the Platform and its offered services does not entail the transfer of intellectual or industrial property rights over the Platform or its contents, except as outlined below.
Hybo grants Users a limited license to access and make personal use of the Platform and its services. This license solely provides the necessary intellectual property rights for compliance with these Terms and Conditions. It is non-exclusive, worldwide, and limited to the duration of the User’s contractual relationship with Hybo in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
- Artificial intelligence
Hybo complies with the provisions of the Artificial Intelligence (AI) Regulation at all times. It ensures that any AI systems utilized for the provision of services are safe and respect users’ rights.
Additionally, before implementing any new AI system, Hybo commits to conducting an impact assessment regarding its potential effects on users’ fundamental rights.
- Links
Users may find links to other websites managed by third parties on the Platform. The inclusion of any links, referrals, or associations («links») to third-party websites does not imply any relationship, collaboration, or dependency between Hybo and the third-party website operators, nor does it constitute a guarantee by Hybo for the content or services provided by those third-party websites.
- Responsibility in the provision of telematic services
Hybo’s responsibility as a provider of telematic services via a digital platform is limited to making the Platform available for Users to access and utilize for the contracted services.
Hybo is obligated to maintain the Platform in good working order by performing necessary maintenance and updates throughout the commercial relationship’s duration. In the event of a critical error, Hybo commits to resolving the issue immediately and, in any case, within a maximum period of 10 calendar days.
Hybo will not be liable for any indirect damages, including but not limited to loss of income, profits, or data, except in cases where such damages are caused by Hybo’s gross negligence or willful misconduct under the terms described above.
- Independence of clauses
If any clause within these Terms and Conditions is declared null or void, it will be considered as not included. Such a declaration will not affect the validity of the remaining Terms and Conditions, which will remain in full force and effect.
- Updates and modifications to the website or platform
Hybo reserves the right to modify, at any time and without prior notice, the structure, configuration, and design of the Website or Platform, as well as these Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy. Users are encouraged to carefully read these Terms and Conditions upon accessing the Platform.
By navigating or merely accessing the Platform, Users accept any modifications introduced. An updated version of these Terms and Conditions will always be available on the Platform.
Hybo does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform or error-free content. However, it commits to correcting errors, reestablishing communication, and updating content as soon as it becomes aware of such issues, provided no external circumstances prevent or significantly hinder these efforts.
- Applicable law
The validity, execution, and interpretation of these Terms and Conditions will be governed in all respects by Spanish law. In the event of any conflict or discrepancy in the interpretation or application of these Terms and Conditions regarding the use of the Platform, the matter will be submitted to the Courts and Tribunals of Barcelona.
- Updates to the terms and conditions
Hybo reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions to adapt them to legislative or jurisprudential developments. In any case, any modification of these Terms and Conditions will be communicated to Users.
