If it does not, the user can continue searching to find a desk that does have it and book it.

The user will mark the day(s) he/she wants to book and indicate the tangibles he/she will need. Once the employee has filled in both, the software will show them the free desks according to the needs they indicated during the search, and they can then book the desk that best suits them.
