We are excited to announce Hybo’s new feature for users and administrators! Starting today, you will be able to add guests to your meeting room bookings.
This means you will be able to book a room and add as many attendees as you need, and send a meeting request to their emails. Guests will receive an email notification and have the option to add the meeting to their calendar.
What else can you do with Hybo’s new functionality? You can also create hybrid meetings with Microsoft Teams! When you create a meeting booking, you can also create a meeting with Teams and link it to your booking. This way, attendees can join the hybrid meeting and connect with other participants, whether they are in the meeting room or remote.
