Attach photos to your incidents of your office

Hybo’s incidents manager allows your employees to report incidents on their equipment or at their facilities, and now, your team will be able to attach photos to their incidents. They will simply have to open Hybo on their mobile and photograph the equipment or installation that they need to check or repair.

This new functionality allows you to send several photos, with the aim of transferring as much information as possible to those responsible for the maintenance of equipment and facilities.

For example, if the employee takes a photo of the printer that is not working and adds another photo of the ink cartridges, when the person in charge receives the incident, he will know which printer it is and which cartridges to order or replace.
