New functionality developed to measure: this is the reservation queue, a function that will allow your employees to sign up for a pre-reservation of a parking space and be informed if they finally get that parking space or not. A function designed for companies where the parking supply is lower than the demand.<\/p>\n

There are companies where some days the demand for parking is higher than other days and the supply of parking spaces<\/a> <\/strong>is minimal and can lead to conflict between colleagues. To avoid this type of situation, we have added this new service in which employees can sign up to a pre-booking list for a specific day and if they get a parking space or not, they will be informed. Do you want to know how it works?<\/p>\n

Imagine you want to make a reservation for next Thursday, but everything is booked for that day. You make a pre-booking and if someone finally cancels their booking and you are first in the queue, you would take that parking space. Hybo notifies you if your pre-booking is finally converted into a booking and if you don’t have any spaces, it also notifies you.<\/p>\n
